How do you report an API issue?
If an error or issue occurs within a Veonics Portal account, it is best to document all steps that lead up to the error.
Best Practice for Reporting API Errors
- Copy or screen capture the complete text of the error along with any error code
- State the API method being used (Create a Card, Read a Card, etc.)
- State the date and approximate time the error occurred
- Clearly state what happened VS what was expected
