How do you report an API issue?

If an error or issue occurs within a Veonics Portal account, it is best to document all steps that lead up to the error.

Best Practice for Reporting API Errors

  1. Copy or screen capture the complete text of the error along with any error code
  2. State the API method being used (Create a Card, Read a Card, etc.)
  3. State the date and approximate time the error occurred
  4. Clearly state what happened VS what was expected
