What happens if the building needs emergency access to our facility when we are not here?
Building management typically has their own key to all offices in the building, but since we store secured cards in our facility we do not allow that. In emergencies, they may need access to our office when we are not there.
- The building manager identifies the need to access our office and we are not there.
- His first phone call is to Nick, who is to bring the key to him within 15 minutes of the call.
- If he is unavailable or cannot meet that timeframe, He will call Joe next and ask him.
- If Joe is unavailable, Luke is next, and then Dalton as a last resort.
- One of those individuals will bring the key and let the building team in.
