 SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT STATEMENT

eXpress badging® Identity Management Solutions

Manufacturer and Service Provider

eXpress badging® is the sole developer, owner, provider, implementer, and support organization for its proprietary identity management software platforms, identity credentialing solutions, and associated professional services.

eXpress badging® does not utilize distributors, resellers, value-added resellers (VARs), original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), channel partners, third-party implementation firms, or authorized dealers for the acquisition, implementation, configuration, training, support, or management of its proprietary solutions.

All products and services are sold, configured, deployed, supported, and maintained directly by eXpress badging® personnel.

Unique Nature of the Solution

The solutions provided by eXpress badging® are not standalone software products or commodity items that can be purchased through alternative suppliers.

Rather, each implementation consists of an integrated combination of:

Because the software, implementation methodology, security controls, operational processes, and support services are delivered as a unified solution, procurement through any source other than eXpress badging® would not provide equivalent functionality, support, security oversight, or operational continuity.

Sole Source Determination

Based on the proprietary nature of the software, implementation methodology, operational services, security management, training, support, and ongoing administration provided by eXpress badging®, the products and services offered by eXpress badging® are available exclusively from eXpress badging®.

No known distributor, reseller, OEM partner, channel partner, or alternative supplier is authorized or capable of providing the complete solution offered by eXpress badging®.

Accordingly, eXpress badging® qualifies as the sole source provider for these products and services.
