eXpress badging® Standard Workflow & Delivery Guide
If you have a “must-have-by” date, it must be communicated at the start of the project and included on your Proposal, Confirming Order, and any defined scope of work. Otherwise, it will be treated as a “wish-to-have-by” date and cannot be guaranteed.
