What are the YOU/WE Print Onboarding Cards and how do I use them?
These are checklists that will appear when you select an onboarding stage on the "About this company" card. They will show up on the company record once prompted.
How to set up the Onboarding Cards & notify the CSR:
- Onboarding Cards will appear once the "Onboarding Stage" has been populated on the About this company card.
- Onboarding Stage will also update the Service Area
- Populate all fields "N/A" which will not be utilized
- A task will be created for the CSR to begin onboarding when "Onboarding Stage" is known and "Company Payment Information Received" is Yes
WE Print Onboarding Card:
- Company Payment Information Received? (Could just use Payment Terms from about)
- Y/N or Terms
- Shipping Determined?
- One Location, Multi-Location, Fulfillment Shipping
- Data Transfer Method
- Upload Center, Veonics User Login, No Data Transfer
- Badge Design Information Received?
- Yes, No, N/A
- CELLfie Setup?
- Yes, No, N/A (Pending Customer, Pending EBS, Completed)
- Technology Testing?
- Yes, No, N/A (Pending Customer, Pending EBS, Completed)
- Badge Data Received?
- Y/N
