Through EEPP, customers purchase and maintain a dedicated pool of matching printers managed by eXpress badging®. When a printer issue arises, troubleshooting is performed first; if unresolved, a replacement printer is shipped the same business day (before 2:00 p.m. EST), providing faster turnaround than standard manufacturer loaner programs that often take a week or more.
This proactive exchange model ensures operational continuity, cost control, and peace of mind for enterprise environments relying on high-volume badging workflows.
