This program ensures that customers with elevated compliance, risk, or audit requirements are supported through a formal, auditable, and sustainable compliance framework.
👥 Who This Program Applies To
This program applies to customers who require one or more of the following:

🔍 Third-party vendor vetting platforms (e.g., Aravo, Ariba, Avetta, Coserva, Coupa, ISNetworld, etc.)

🔐 Cybersecurity reviews or CIO-level involvement
-
📜 Expanded insurance or cyber liability requirements

📊 Ongoing compliance tracking, reporting, or audits
-
🏢 Oversight by a GPO, MSP, or facilities manager (e.g., JLL, TRG, HCA)
-
🧾 Contractual monitoring beyond standard service delivery
Note: These requirements materially increase administrative, legal, and compliance workload and are not part of standard badge printing products or services.

MSRP: $4,800 annually (per first seat; $1,800 additional)

🟨 Compliance-Only Enterprise Seat
Discounted Rate: $2,400 annually

This option exists solely to support compliance requirements, not software usage.

To ensure fairness and sustainability:

Compliance costs are not absorbed or redistributed across other clients

This prevents hidden subsidies and preserves pricing integrity
Any customer onboarding that requires Avetta or equivalent vetting will follow the same Enterprise compliance framework.
